    Been doing yoga intermittently since high school. This fellow has a good tone, and pace. The way he explains the poses and stretches are easy for me to understand. I have repeated day three a few times before heading into day four so I feel more ready... and that’s so OKAY! Also, you can re-wind anything by 30 seconds each of you need to repeat or have an itch to scratch. It’s all UP to YOU. Helps me to feel great and spacious on the inside, getting strong on the outside too👏🏼❤️🌀‼️

    Having BOD keeps me consistent. Always having it at my fingertips gives me no excuse to skip, even if the kids are sick or it’s miserable outside. I can always workout at home! I love the variety! It’s helped me get back in shape and feel better about myself!
  • Dreadful app makes the great content useless

    3/21/18 update: after another aborted workout due to the app constantly hanging, knocked the rating down a star. Original review: I’ve been a fan of BeachBody’s workout programs for years, starting with the original P90X. I was excited about the app, with its ability to access the programs online, eliminating the need to carry discs with me when I travel. But, unfortunately, the app has issues that greatly limit its usefulness, and support is abysmal. For example, I was able to download four of the five workouts in A Week of Hard Labor. But I cannot download the fifth workout (Legs). I’ve called support twice; the first time they said that they’d look into it and get back to me. After a couple of months with no response, I called again. They found my original inquiry; the tech was able to reproduce the issue, and said that this is a known problem with that particular video. No estimate as to when or if it will be fixed. A month or two later, still not fixed. It’s kind of useless to only have four of the five workouts available when I don’t have streaming access.
  • Update bug

    The latest update makes it hard to stream the workouts. If you are streaming a workout and your phone locks, which everyone’s does, and you unlock your phone- the workout automatically takes you back to the beginning. No matter where you are in the workout. There isn’t an option to pause it if the screen is locked like other streaming apps- Netflix, Hulu, and any of the station apps like nbc or cbs. Just to name a few. So step it up and fix this major flaw. I have an iPhone 7 and this happens. Thanks
  • No Chromecast Support with New Update

    The most recent update of the app no longer connects to my chrome cast. I have literally rebooted my chrome cast, deleted and reinstalled the Beachbody app and still nothing connects

    This review is for people like myself who were on the opposite end of the weight spectrum growing up. Believe it or not, being told you’re too skinny for years and years can hurt your ego just like being told you’re fat. So back when Tony Horton’s P90X came out I started working out. I gained beautiful muscle, then my body just looked so much healthier. So I was in my 20’s then, now that I’m in my 30’s and two kids later, I’ve started to gain weight. I won’t lie that I’m happy with the weight gain, but I want my body to stay toned. That’s when I started PiYo and 21 Day Fix/21 DFX Extreme. After baby #1 I was able to achieve a six pack, I finally gave into Shakeology (best decision ever!) and stayed active with the workouts during my second pregnancy. Due to uncontrollable circumstances I had surgery after I gave birth to my second baby. Doctors told me that I was expected to be very careful with activity for at least 2 months. Well, I saw that as a challenge. I believe that exercise heals your body, and finally a doctor agreed at my 4 week check that if I was active before and during pregnancy, I should pick up on exercising but listen to my body. I started out with yoga the first week and by week 5, I was back to 21 Day Fix and PiYo! I’ve healed so quickly because #1, God is good to me and #2, I take good care of my body with diet and exercise. And when I say diet, I eat to maintain a healthy weight for myself. So for people who don’t believe that exercise affects them that sure does!! So take time for yourself and find a program that fits your expectations and schedule, drink Shakeology and watch your body change.
