    TERRIBLE THEY TAKE ORDERS WITHOUT HAVING ENOUGH PPL TO PICK THEM UP THEN CANCEL THE ORDER WHEN IT SHOULD ALREADY BE ON THE WAY YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD AT LEAST PROVIDE A PROMO AFTER A HR WAIT-NEVER AGAIN

    I ordered a birthday dinner for my fiancé and my order was cancelled after being accepted for a 7:15-7:45 pm delivery. No phone call or delivery. When I check the app at 7:50 I see my order was cancelled at 6:45!!! I called customer service and they refunded my money but obviously they couldn't refund a surprise birthday dinner!!! This is awful and unreliable!! This was my first experience with ubereats and doubt I'll use them again! Could have just picked up the food myself in a timely fashion. Uber hungry? You may remain that way! Uber-NOTeats! Uber ruined birthday plans... 😡:/

    First time ordering and the uber guy dropped it off at the wrong address even though my app says my correct address and they won’t help us at all to get a refund or a new order. So if you enjoy being charged for food you’ll never get to eat this is the app for you!

    I ordered from a restaurant 3 minutes down the road due to being sick. Per the App and the receipt on the food, it was prepared at 6:55, it was not picked up by Uber until over 35 minutes later, making it to my house around 40-45 minutes after it was prepared. Needless to say it was cold. Upon requesting a refund through the Uber App, I was told my only resolution was to give the restaurant a bad rating. Guess what Uber, I’m pretty sure the cold food was your fault by not getting a driver to the restaurant in a timely manner. Take some ownership in the customer experience.

    My food is always cold . And they are getting slower and slower with delivery . Not worth it if I'm being charged 5 bucks to bring it to me. Even worse I check prices on other apps and this one is higher on food options . They do nothing to keep you a member no coupons EVER 💩

    I placed a scheduled order for this evening. About 10 minutes after my 30 minute delivery window had started my order was still showing as “in progress” with no sign of confirmation. I called Uber Eats and got an operator who could barely hear me above the background noise where she was. I asked about my order since it wasn’t even confirmed yet and was wondering how it was supposed to be delivered in the next 20 minutes if it wasn’t even being prepared yet. She placed me on hold for a few minutes then came back online and said she had just spoken to the restaurant and my order was complete and was to be picked up momentarily. I thanked her and hung up. Several minutes later I finally got a notification from the app that my order was being prepared and would be 25 minutes later than I requested. 40 minutes later I got a call from Uber Eats that my order had been cancelled due to menu changes by the restaurant. When I asked how that was possible since I had been told my order was ready for pick up 40 minutes before that he said he would call the restaurant. I also called the restaurant myself to verify their story and the hostess said they had had to repeatedly cancel orders from Uber Eats this week because the app hadn’t bothered to update their menu with the changes the restaurant had submitted a week ago. When I asked if someone had called about my order before she said “Absolutely not. They are lying to you.” I called Uber Eats back and was told “sorry” and they would “escalate” the situation. I asked for an account credit and was told no. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for several minutes. I was then told that they couldn’t give me a credit because the order was cancelled due to menu changes that were out of their control. Nevermind their crappy customer service and outright dishonesty. I said that wasn’t acceptable and they said they would waive a delivery fee on my next order. Thanks but no thanks, Uber Eats. You won’t be getting my business ever again. I had had mixed experiences with them up to this point - many of their drivers have demanded I come out and meet them at their cars. Which I refuse to do as a woman by myself living in a city. I don’t live in an unmarked apartment and there is plenty of free parking near my house. I can’t hold the company accountable for bad delivery people (well actually I can) but I certainly blame them for hiring people who are willing to tell bald faced lies. Enough is enough. They won’t be getting another penny from me.

    So I’ve been trying out Uber eats for a week and it’s okay but their drivers are really rude. Not really satisfied with the service either they don’t help with anything charge you for chancing an order and can’t change a mistake you made because they will still charge with really disappointed!!!
