Life Cycle - Track Your Time App Details

Life Cycle - Track your time automatically From the team that brought you Sleep Cycle, we've created another app that helps you automatically track your day. Life Cycle automatically keeps track of your time and presents your life sorted into slices. It shows you your daily activities, places you go, and who you spend time with. Whether you’re just curious of how your time is spent or looking to make a change, Life Cycle is your daily companion, providing you with all the information and insights you need. What’s more - it uses only 1% of your phone’s battery while it seamlessly does the work. MAIN FEATURES FREE * Automatic - Life Cycle works in the background, recording and sorting what you do as you go about your daily business. * Less than 1% of your battery per day - Life Cycle uses less than 1% of your battery per day as it runs in the background. * From a day to a year - view your life day by day, week by week, month by month or even year by year. * Fully integrated with Apple Health. Imports Steps and Sleep Analysis data. * Friends - Connect with your friends on Facebook and see who you’re spending time with, what you’re doing and where. * Sleep Cycle connection - For accurate sleep data, connect with Sleep Cycle alarm clock through Apple Health. (Life Cycle only reads data from Health, it does not share any data. It reads Sleep Analysis and Steps data.) PREMIUM * Connect to your Sleep Cycle account - If you have an online backup account with Sleep Cycle, Life Cycle will let you know how your daily habits affect your sleep quality score. * Backup - Keep your data safe with our backup system. Never worry about losing your Life Cycle logs again. * Graphs - Beyond the donuts, Life Cycle also shows you in detailed graphs for deeper analysis, what you’re doing with your time. Just by looking at the visuals, you’ll gain insights on if you're doing what's really important to you. * Compare trends - see if you’re dropping in sleep hours, if you’re working too much or if you’ve taken longer walks this week. Compare trends over the weeks, months or years. BATTERY CONSUMPTION Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Life Cycle does not use the GPS in the background, but instead relies on cell tower and Wi-Fi locations. As a result, it consumes less than 1% of your battery per day, when the app runs in the background. REQUIREMENTS * Life Cycle needs to run in the background to be able to record your data. It only uses 1% of your battery per day when doing so. * You need to carry your phone with you, for Life Cycle to accurately record and interpret your activities. * Wi-Fi should be enabled on your phone for tracking to work. The optional Premium subscription costs $9.99 per year. Should you choose to subscribe to Life Cycle Premium, the purchase will be charged to your iTunes account. You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription by entering the user settings in iTunes after the purchase. The subscription will be auto-renewed 24 hours before the subscription period ends, with the same kind of subscription you already bought, to the same price. It's not possible to abort the subscription during the time it's active. Terms of service: Privacy policy:

So, I’ve been using this app for a while and can understand some of its flaws. What made me laugh just now, is what it said to me. “Welcome back, you’ve been gone for the past 18 days.” Wow....I kind of don’t have the habit of always having the phone on my body.....all the time. I do wash, cook and eat without my phone as an appendage. I don’t always remember to plug my phone in to the sleep cycle when I go to bed because I may be tired or I’m using the phone in bed. It tracked me yesterday. Where did I go?. I’m also guessing that because I go to this bagel shop so often, it put that bagel shop in my home. Lol.
  • Great alternate use for people who work on-site!

This app initially intrigued me for its intended purpose of visualizing where you spend your time, but I quickly fell in love with it for another reason. At the end of the day I can check this app to get a general idea of when I arrived at and left a client site if I neglected to otherwise write that down. I will also occasionally sweep back over a few days in the app checking locations and find a place where I had forgotten I needed to bill for a client visit. I’ve even gone back over a day reassembling my path from place to place to derive where I left a coat. Because of how I’ve come to use this app I wish there were a view that showed sequentially where you went in a given day, perhaps as an option to make the pie graph render like a wall clock instead of consolidating all instances of work and home together. Otherwise I love this app and happily did the in-app purchase thing since it has helped me recoup a ton of otherwise unaccounted billable time since I started using it last December.
  • Perfect but....

Hi its a realy great app but i need to have search for my activity in all off my app
  • Needs some work

Good app, but I do not like that it automatically labels some activities in the commute to work or comments from home and does not give you the ability to change it when it is wrong. This distorts the whole purpose of the app which is to accurately track the amount of time spent. Please fix this.

This app makes me so mad because I'm just to fat. It’s to hard to do anything and I’m to lazy to type, yeryfdswsxvgukjoihvk!!! See and they want me to walk, like c’mon I just said I’m to fat!!!
  • My Oblivious Diary

    By SHAPE75
Love this app! It's my oblivious diary, quietly keeping track of my comings and goings. My vacation in Europe is detailed turn-by-turn. It came in handy when writing out a witness statement for the police. And, yes, I AM spending too much time at work! I've got proof!!!
  • So much fun

    By michfishy
I love this app! It reminds me of how much time I spend at home or at work or at the gym or church or doing new things with my family. Just a great, fun app!!
  • App has broken

    By tbw98
I've been using this app for several months and loved it. Now it shows all my data that is older than a week as at work. I don't work over 100 hours a week... Not sure what happened, but the app is now useless to me.
