    Finding this app to be incredibly helpful as I'm attempting to reincorporate meditation into my life as a daily discipline. It is a perfect way for a beginner to start their practice, or anyone who can use a little nudge or some fun and convenient accountability for their goal.

    For the last 5 years I have struggled with anxiety and it was detrimental to my education, relationships, work, etc.. I found it hard to do things I enjoyed without feeling crippling anxiety. Someone had recommended meditation and I never could get into it. I tried multiple apps like headspace and calm but it never worked. Finally I came across this beautiful creation. This app has a simple step by step approach that has really done wonders. I feel like a whole new person. Medication free because of meditation with this app. I went ahead and bought the full version because every penny is worth it when I’m living a happier and healthier life. It is truly, with this app, a simple habit. Thank you for changing my life one meditation at a time.

    Great app. Has helped me meditate consistently everyday for over a month. For the first time ever, I haven't skipped meditation a single day with Simple Habit. The guided meditations are great & a lot of good content is available in the free version. I do have 1 complaint: the meditation(s) on overcoming sexual assault can only be accessed with the premium subscription. I agree with the subscription system & that most content should be reserved for those who subscribe. You have to pay employees & other expenditures. It's not charity. I know. Nevertheless, there are people that who have been sexually assaulted that CAN'T afford to pay for the premium service, no matter how much they'd like to. Should help with something like sexual assault be reserved for the ones that can afford it? Your other guided meditations are helping me greatly & I really like your app. I hope I can continue to use it everyday consistently for a very, very long time. Love the app.

    After having a few-night stand with headspace, I couldn’t find any mostly free, guided meditation apps with voices that didn’t make my ears bleed. Then I found Simple Habit. I love it’s simple but encouraging layout and reminders, and the choice you get with different speakers. So many of the apps I tried only had one speaker, and it was always the same monotonous, female, siri-like voice that had no personality. I’m on a 43 day streak, and I’ll just say, god bless Simon Moyes.
  • Love this app except for one thing

    Updated: since the update today, the app won't stay open for me. I've sent a message via Facebook still waiting for a reply and left a question but no reply. I'm on a long streak of days and in monthly tracking. I don't want to lose it because of the app not working correctly and not able to obtain support from Simple Habit. I love this app and now I'm meditating daily since I downloaded it. I love the varying lengths of time, how many different topics, I enjoy the different voices of the people that guide the meditations. I love everything about Simple Habit except one thing. The background sounds of water are very nice and calming but the screech noise that goes off is distracting and interrupts my meditation. I don't know if it is a bird screeching or a monkey. I wish there was a way to turn it off. This app is so amazing that I gave it an easy five stars even with the screech. I even bought it as a gift for two family members.

    I’ve used other meditation apps and wasn’t able to make any of them a fixture in my daily routine. I think the daily reminders and the fact you’re paying for it have helped keep me accountable and enabled me to make meditating a consistent part of my routine (which has made a notable difference in my focus/ADD). The variety of meditation topics and lengths have also been a big plus for me. Highly recommend!
