Pokémon GO App Details

Pokémon GO has now introduced social and trading features that allow Trainers to connect with each other by adding friends, sending Gifts, and participating in a new Friendship level system that unlocks bonuses. Trainers can now trade Pokémon with other Trainers nearby, earning a Candy Bonus for the Pokémon received. Join Trainers across the globe who are discovering Pokémon as they explore the world around them. Pokémon GO is the global gaming sensation that has been downloaded over 800 million times and named "Best Mobile Game" by The Game Developers Choice Awards and "Best App of the Year" by TechCrunch. Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, and many other Pokémon have been discovered! Pokémon are out there, and you need to find them. As you walk around a neighborhood, your smartphone will vibrate when there’s a Pokémon nearby. Take aim and throw a Poké Ball… You’ll have to stay alert, or it might get away! Search far and wide for Pokémon and items Certain Pokémon appear near their native environment—look for Water-type Pokémon by lakes and oceans. Visit PokéStops and Gyms—found at interesting places like museums, art installations, historical markers, and monuments—to stock up on Poké Balls and helpful items. Catching, hatching, evolving, and more As you level up, you’ll be able to catch more-powerful Pokémon to complete your Pokédex. You can add to your collection by hatching Pokémon Eggs based on the distances you walk. Help your Pokémon evolve by catching many of the same kind. Choose a Buddy Pokémon to walk with and earn Candy that will help you make your Pokémon stronger. Compete in epic Gym battles You’ll join one of three teams and battle for the ownership of Gyms with your Pokémon at your side. As your Charmander evolves to Charmeleon and then Charizard, you can battle together to defeat a Gym and assign your Pokémon to defend it against all comers. Team up to defeat powerful Raid Bosses A Raid Battle is a cooperative gameplay experience that encourages you to work with up to 20 other Trainers to defeat an extremely powerful Pokémon known as the Raid Boss. If you succeed in defeating it in battle, you’ll have the chance to catch an extra powerful Pokémon of your own! It’s time to get moving—your real-life adventures await! • Unstable and crashes!

    By MustangMikeJ
This is the most unstable game I’ve ever played. It crashes more than Toonces the cat! (Google it) There are days like today that I can’t log in at all, so there goes your streak bonuses. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app and still won’t work. It’s least annoying when I only have to log out and log back in if I’m lucky. What a waste of time and money. I guess when you still have millions of others willing to put up with crap then it doesn’t matter what customers like myself think.
  • Trade

It’s a great game but I feel we should be able to treat Pokémon with others
  • Good game but still needs improvements

    By D.U.F.F.
The #1 improvement this game needs is the weather. The weather is almost never accurate. Other than that. A good game.

  • Good game

It is fun but it is to fun some people are doing crazy stuff just to get a Pokémon so yeah but it is a fun game you get to catch Pokémon and get outside or walk so I like the game 👍👍👍😍😍😍🤓🤓🤓🤩🤩🤩😬😬😬
  • Please Fix Crash Issue

Every time I open the app it crashes as soon as the loading bar reaches 100%.
  • Has gotten much better!

    By Lu adjust
This game had a rocky start. It was super popular and the servers couldn’t handle it. Now the developers push a new event almost all the time. Getting mew was fun, challenging and challenging (Ditto). They have also pulled off some very awesome community days once a month where you get a similar ambiance to when the game first came out. Tons of people playing! I have enjoyed the new raid and research updates. I am eagerly awaiting the next update where they have teased being able to trade
  • Gym Battles...

    By Dan638
Whenever I battle in a gym other people can put Pokémon in while when other people battle I can’t put Pokémon in.
  • Helps get me active

    By saraaaaxo7
Me and my fiancé love to go for walks and Pokémon hunt there’s plenty of good pokestops by us, but when we are being defeated in the gym we have no longer been getting any coins from doing it, which is a lot of why we fight them in the first place. Do you not get coins from being kicked out of the gym anymore? Also the Pokémon die in the gym WAY too quick when no one is fighting them, meaning we have to keep feeding them berries that I really don’t have many of so it’s impossible to hold a gym for very long..
  • So much wasted potential

    By Boxhead lover
I’ve stopped playing this game ever since they implemented the speed caps. It has completely ruined the game. Unless you live in a massive city where everything is in walking distance it would be very difficult to fully enjoy this game. I played it every day since it came out and loved it so much. I’d play it on road trips as we were going through new towns to see what different Pokémon I could find. But the speed cap has made it unplayable. I recently logged back in for the first time in over a year and was very disappointed to see that this has not been fixed. This game was amazing. One of the only games I’ve ever spent money on the in app purchases. But this company has ruined it time after time from the start. Trading and battling should have been available so much sooner. But I don’t even care to use that now because of this speed cap. Its ruined the game and it’s pretty depressing. What once brought so much joy to me and everyone else now is just wasted space on my phone. I really wish you guys would listen to your customers. I know many people have complained ever since this was implemented.
