  • Not Automatic

I enter and leave the range of the free Wi-Fi several times through the day, the VPN does not reconnect automatically. I am surfing unsecure until I reconnect VPN. That is not good. False sense of security. Should have used the trial version first.

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. It does not open. I have deleted it and downloaded it again, it still doesn’t work. I tried to cancel the subscription, can’t do that either!

What to do in an airport, coffee shop, airplane aloft or doctors office when you need internet? Use a VPN to increase your protection from snoopers. Norton VPN works well and easily, so long as you have plenty of bandwidth available. As is so often the case in such situations, too many people on the same router make it hard to stay connected, especially when you add another layer, like you do with any VPN.
  • I Love this!

Can’t understand why people don’t like this. I love it. I experiment with this all the time. I change the location settings all the time. Sometime I set the location to be in Austria or Australia or Germany. I get notifications from sites that I use to sign in again. After that, I get a warning that an attempt was made to sign in from whichever country I am supposed to be in. Shows the app is working perfectly!! Makes me feel a bit more secure. I am not a novice: I know how to evaluate apps. But, this one is useful to secure the WiFi.
  • Basically a virus.

This is worse than malware they work even harder than Trojans to keep you from uninstalling so they can take your money. Slows down your network and false promises of security telling me they prevented 20 attacks since I installed 10 minutes ago (only installed because it was required for my hotels wifi).
  • Cannot login after reinstall

My program stopped working so I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it. But now every time I try to login it keeps giving me a pop up message saying that I'm already subscribed to the service and takes me back to the initial screen.
