  • Would not recommend uber eats even as a side hustle.

    Started this job to make a little extra money on the side but it is NOT at all worth it. Not only do you end up spending more money in gas than you make in a single delivery ($3 for each fare, plus 90% of the time you receive NO tip). The surge hours they had, in which you would receive maybe 2-3 dollars more, have changed to hours that NO ONE requests for food. The hours went from lunch time 11-2 and dinner time 4-8. Now they changed their surge hours from 10pm to 6am. These are slave wages and not even worth your time. I would NOT recommend ubereats on my worst enemy. ($3 for each trip, no tip - then having to spend $3-5 on gas for that single trip alone = NOT WORTH IT)

    Hello I am Uber driver and driving with Uber last one month And now I realized Uber They paying driver far mileage only $.75 I think it is really cheap to drive with Uber we give our best service to customer make sure we drop them safely our service better than taxi so I’m telling everybody whoever control the system they have to upgrade the system and they have to paying more for the driver that’s all thanks!

    Drivers are unable to start or end trips if they are in an area where there is poor/no network connection. Earned amounts don’t update unless the application is forced to quit and relaunched. Uber driver app notification sounds cause audio from other apps (Music, Podcasts, Pandora, etc.) to fade and stay that way instead of returning to previous levels.

    The app has been stuck on my last trip since Friday. Ice reached out to uber support multiple times and still nothing has changed. This is my full time job and I’m losing a lot of money just sitting waiting around for them to fix this. Uber is amazing to work with however they need better support options

    Mile per rate in california 2nd most expensive gas price in united state is 0.79cents per mile. Good luck with that 0.79cents per mile and uber booking fee +service fee is 35%~50% this is be soon sued for taking too much fee.

    Can no longer rate pickups and deliveries and can long track promotions. Help says the to use the promotions tab under earnings but it is no longer there. Frustrating

    The App comes going off line. I’m not getting any riders because the Apps isn’t working correctly. I drive an hour just to use Uber. I should be reimbursed for my gas since it’s not working correctly. When I try to cash out and get paid, they won’t allow me to get my money. I have contacted Uber several times and no one does anything.

    Why do I have to uninstall and install this app every time it reverts back to the old app. This is very frustrating. Can’t see what the promotions are for the week and now nothing is happening. Stop trying to fix what’s not broken.

    When passengers used to ask me which I liked better, I used to say Uber. That is until this past weekend. All because I updated my debit card information. I attempted to use instant pay to cash out in order to get gas after driving one night. I waited over 45 minutes and nothing. I called info Uber twice and was told, essentially, too bad, your card isn’t working so we’ll just put it through as a regular deposit (which would take almost a week with my bank). I did not receive any notice or option to wait. Nothing. Just took MY money out of the app and began the transfer through my routing information. I immediately went back into the app and resubmitted all of my information to make sure it was accurate. The next day, I called to find out why my app still want working. Uber puts a THREE DAY hold on your account for updating your information (Lyft’s updates take less than an hour). My account was still froze. I complained to a supervisor (who did absolutely nothing other than argue with me). I hung up and called back. I was told a ticket was being put in to expedite my update and it would be completed within 24 hours. So I waited. After the 25th hour (1 extra to be sure), NOTHING! So I called back again. I was put on hold for over 45 minutes while the “supervisor” put in a second ticket asking, again, for the request to be expedited. At this point, it was 8pm on Sunday and reset begins at 4am Monday morning. I was getting upset and worried that I would not be able to instant pay myself. And, of course, that is exactly what happened. The app still hasn’t allowed me to instant pay myself. So if I want to drive with Uber, I have to wait for my weekly pay. NO THANKS! I spent over 4 1/2 hours trying to get them to unlock my instant pay with absolutely no help or assistance from Uber. I missed 2 days of driving and a bonus because I kept having to call in or send messages due to app errors. When I asked Uber how they were going to make the whole situation right, since they messed up several hundreds of my dollars, I was told there was nothing Uber could do, they wouldn’t provide me compensation (which I never asked for), and I would just have to wait or keep driving. The only reason I gave Uber 2* rather than a 1* is because there is a chance of making good money. But when things go wrong, they’re horrible. Uber doesn’t care at all and they certainly won’t try to help.
  • Uber app is not compatible with the new Apple IOS 11.3

    Is there anyway you can fix this. I missed almost a whole day of pay. I can no longer log into the Uber app because it’s saying that I’m already online on another device and I only have one device that I use to open the Uber app. Never had this issue before the IOS update. Is there anyway you can update your Uber app so that it is compatible with the IOS 11.3. Thank you
