  • Very cool!

    By Wanna-be Stock Broker
The Apple TV application is very buggy. It immediately recognizes my bike but it always seems to take about 10 minutes to get the race started. This is due to not being able to move the cursor to the button you want to select. If you could fix this problem, the app would be great.
  • Not that great

    By Fix the iPhone issue
At first it worked on my iPhone. Then it didn’t. I put in requests with tech support. The first person who contacted me tried to tell me the equipment I was using wasn’t supported. When I told her I had been using it without a problem for the past 6 months she referred me to level 2 tech. This went on and on. Long story short. Still no fix. The app randomly disconnects from my sensors.
  • Disappointed

Some people LOVE Zwift, especially when paired with a smart trainer. Heeding the advice of a few die hard friends, I signed up for Zwift and bought a Wahoo Kickr. Ugh. I’d rather stare at a wall than use Zwift on an iPhone or iPad. A Roku app would be nice and might add to the immersive experience, as I’ve heard is the case w/ Apple TV. $15/ month for Zwift is excessive IMO. I was using a Wahoo Kickr to “maximize the experience”but I’d suggest rollers and a power meter for better ride feel, as the smart trainers’ resistance feels dull and muddy, sluggish, like pedaling under water. The response time lags when adding resistance based on terrain change. Sadness. I wanted to love you, Zwift.
  • Terrible!!!

Built by amateurs, do NOT waste your time with this app, or the zwift program!!! It wii NOT work! Be fore- warned!!! Total POS, will crash your pc!!!
  • A lot of Bugs to Work Out

    By GlobalSvcs
If you are using Apple TV and the Mobile Link, just recognize that there are a lot of bugs. Zwift is a great concept, but they seem to rush enhancements to the detriment of the riders. Documentation isn’t that good, and support acts like every bug reported is news to them, while there are a lot of comments about those issues and bugs on their website from users. If you can deal with all that, go for it. If you don’t want to spend most of your ride troubleshooting connections, connect via a computer instead of the sloppy TV OS and iOS apps.
  • Tech support is terrible

    By Ozmusiclove
Any problem you have, Zwift will try to blame it on your trainer (even though every other app works with your trainer). I tried to contact them but they just point me back to their website which does not even discuss my issue. The Kickr Smart does not work using a mobile phone to relay the signal. You need to get the ANT+ USB dongle. Why is that so hard to admit?
  • Awesome

    By Beaver of Anger!
I love Zwift! It is better than riding the couch and get fat a land squishy during the long cold winter.
  • Piece of junk!

    By Cros5e
Hung up on my very first ride. Spent more than hour of my very valuable time. Piece of junk!
  • Winter game changer!

    By GT Bicycles
Great app that has open up my winter to logging miles and maintaining base fitness. Works great on my iphone6s but does chew up battery charge. Graphics are great, training data is fantastic and motivating and Zwift did a great job creating a training app with a slight gaming aspect and even threw in a little social media for millennials
  • Not Good Enough for Prime Time

    By Belub
App hangs up and stops recording effort if you switch to another app. eg you need to quickly respond to a text. Once you return the app is open but will not re-engage to record speed time etc. Has done this twice now. One I clicked on an sms text notification the second I clicked home button to check the time (because the frigging font is so small you can’t read it on the app interface). For $15 bucks I deserve better than ruining entire workouts. I’m canceling my service. Bye bye
