  • Great potential

Like my title says this game has great potential. It’s fun at first but once you hit gold+ I recommend you uninstall it immediately because you are wasting your time. You will be going against people that funnel a ton of money into the game and have full level 15 pay to win squad builds. Besides that the game needs many balance passes and bug fixes but I doubt they are going I address it when they can just develop more pay to win content to put in. Honestly for a free game we shouldn’t expect much more than the sad attempt that it made but the hope is there that it can one day be the game you can see it wanted to be.

  • Game engineered to make $$$

This is a game based on the original FPS game Titan Fall which this is not. This game allows you to direct troops to various locations on the battlefield. The location you choose and the abilities of your troops determine the outcome. There is no direct control of the individual troops, only their initial placement on the map. As you progress through the game you get access to new kinds of troops and these troops level up in terms of ability. You can pay to speed up your access to these new troops and you can pay to also improve their ability. Unfortunately the game is rigged. Players who pay for special troops are almost guaranteed to win in many instances. Even if you pay, the mechanism which determines who your next opponent will be ensures that you lose significantly enough of the time. People who have paid for anything in game are willing to pay more to keep up winning. It is possible to easily spend $20-$30 on a single troop to improve them only to find out later in the game that there are more powerful troops that you would prefer to use instead and your investment in these troops are wasted. The game can always find you an opponent within 30 seconds, are these opponents always real people, or bots with made up names? Bots designed to allow you to win in some instances and force you to lose in others. I give credit to the fact that the developers have created a game where it is possible to spend hundreds of dollars in game and still not be assured of victory. It truly represents an excellent representation of how businesses can take psychological advantage of consumers through the experience victory and the frustration of defeat.
