  • From good app to mediocre 👎🏼

This app was amazing when navigating the chaos that's the MTA but since 2017 the times for most train arrivals is inaccurate and they keep incidents with any lines open even when the issue with that line has been addressed

I used to love this app, but as the previous person is asking: are you still updating?? New countdown clocks are all over the place but not live on the app.

Some of the best $4.99 I spent back in 2009/2010 or so. That still holds true today, Sept. 2017!!! It's not super fancy with tons of bells and whistles – it's been minimally updated over the years, just enough to keep up with the changing development/interface/performance demands of iOS – but it's really great at what it does. The clearly detailed push notifications with real-time service alerts, without launching the app, are invaluable – they've been critical in avoid me from getting stuck on the subway MANY TIMES. The subways map, and street map with subway lines layered over it, are also extremely useful, as are the downloadable individual station maps with good detail on exits and passageways for transfer points.
