I’ve been a using this app for years now and today I’ve had enough. I keep getting called by “textplus” over and over again. I answer the phone and it’s a scammer stating “I’ve won a survey from the United States government”. It’s driving me insane! I used to use this app as a 2nd line for family and now all I get are multiple calls per day by the creators of this app. I feel they’ve been hacked or something because I’ve NEVER had these issues. I’m so mad that even if they fix this, I’ll never download this app again. FYI, when they called me, they had my personal information. My address and name. So they clearly are from textplus. You’re probably wondering why I didn’t block them? You can’t!!! It’s textplus and there’s no option to even see their number let alone block it. BEWARE ALSO! They changed my number that I had for years. 541-392-**** and one day it’s no longer that number. This is beyond BS ALSO! Great app if it wasn’t for all the crashes, deceit and scams. I no longer trust this company and I highly suggest downloading any other app. Goodluck!

I actually really like this app, I usually only use it for texting though BUT for some reason it won’t let me text images anymore? It always says there’s an error and I’ll get a notification that my friend texted me but when I open the app there’s nothing there! Please fix it! 😩

Worked fine for a long time without issues but as of late no messages were showing up in the app and when I was told to delete the app and redownload with the update I can’t login or get a password reset email aswell as no response from the support email !!!
  • Misleading app

You have to earn credit through watching a bunch of ads to call people and you only get 1 cent of credit per ad you watch. In order to make a call, you have to have 2 cents of credit and that only gives you 1 minute to talk. So therefore this is not unlimited calling, just unlimited texting. Not to mention that you must have WiFi or data to use the app. Since iPads can only use WiFi, you’re screwed if you don’t own a phone and have an emergency.

Been using this app a while but now when I use it I can send msgs but now it’s getting to be annoying!!! People send me msgs but I don’t get them !!! And then I have to uninstall and re install it and I can see them. It’s gotten to be quiet annoying and will soon be trying a new app if they don’t fix this. I have tried contacting them but they never responded back 😒

At first I thought the app was worthwhile. Recently it began to glitch where I’d get the notification and once I opened the app to read the message(s) they wouldn’t be there. I contacted customer support which is a joke and they have never responded.

Thanks for fixing the problem with no credits being awarded for watching videos and for fixing Credit Swap feature. Finally, I got a response from support after 5 days. I still experience bugs on iPhone X. When watching videos in a row and clicking OK on notification pop-up windows for credit awards, the screen often becomes completely white with no controls accessible. Only force closing the app and restarting it fixes the problem temporarily. Similarly, trying to click the OK in credit award pop-up window and Yes in Watch Another Video window often reduces the video window to a small fraction of the screen and you cannot expand it before ending.
