  • Frequent user - what have you done, Google?

    By RahulSavita
I am a frequent user of Google Voice... Make all my international call using it, which I do quite a bit. The older version of app wasn't visually appealing, but it was very functional. The new app isn't functional and in fact more features have been removed since the new app was released. I miss the favorites feature the most. Searching a contact from the phone book is such a pain (how can you mess up such a basic thing?) Previously, with the new app, at least you could search for a contact with keypad, but it no longer does that. Such a great product; feels like it has become a step child.

  • Can’t make a call

    By josiethesinger
I still have money in my account, but I tried to use it by calling my brother. But it won’t let me, it keeps telling me that this call is 12 cents per minute. And then the calls drop. I hate this app. Please to all of you who downloaded this app, take it out/ delete it. It’s such a hassle & a pain!

  • Won’t deliver text messages from android users to my normal messaging app

    By nxghvdbb
I downloaded this because my provider said they were going to stop supporting google voice for voicemail. I’m on an iPhone. Now whenever someone with an android device messages me I can only see it in google voice. Would love to know how to fix that! If I figure out some of these annoyances I’ll give it a better rating.
  • Terrible

Used to be a great service. Anymore it’s a big hassle and not user friendly.
  • No ringtone when dialing out

    By laenn2000
It seems like Google is purposefully trying to scare away users from this app. Dialing numbers on the touchpad is annoying as hell as the touchpad tends to disappear in the middle of dialing the number, and there’s no ringtone when dialing out and waiting for the other party to pick up; just dead air.
  • Phone doesn’t work

    By ksolis10
Most of the functions work but when you dial a set of numbers, a different number is registered to call... so basically the call function works, you just can’t call who you want to.
