  • worthless...

I have re-installed this app after a while to give it a second chance. Map manager does not open. Bust at first step. Oh I wish I could get my money back... Oh well, back to TomTom.
  • Don't buy! Go with the fruit & abc apps!!

Used this app for years. Now I can't download the new map updates. The new UI is awful. I bet the corporate 'brains' are being told by the programmers that the new update is great. Do any of them even use this pathetic 'new and improved' app? Please take the collective recommendation to avoid this app. The big fruit app & the abc app are so much better and you will never have to deal with this frustrating company ever again.
  • Why the Glympse change?

    2
    By Disappointed 2010
Newest version takes away the Glympse link from the navigation map! This was a feature that was important to those of us that used it and was not a problem for those that didn’t because it faded away within a minute or so if not using it. Now you have to swipe to change page, find a narrow link on a list, and then authorize recipient. To do any further processing you have to follow the same procedure. In recent versions you knew it was on, knew how much time was left, knew if recipients were observing you and had simple access to change anything. Now you have none of that. Please return these features to this app!

The app has been RUINED because some dip$hit decided the interface needed to be changed. Have been a user since late 2009 but refuse to use it now.
  • CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION

Guidance accuracy and choice of routs good, great for iPad —no WiFi needed —. POI limited but okay given only downloaded. In this version, the map contrast is awful, an off white background with white streets very hard to readily see in daylight. Older version music better. The turn assistant is poorly thought our uses a generic picture that does not reflect what road looks like, shows whole screen and does not show you where you are as you approach. For God sakes, lose the CAUTION, it is distracting, annoying and serves no useful purpose. User friendly improvements need to be made. When something works, stop changing for change sakes. Most changes in new version add nothing but change. I have been a user for over 5 years and would purchase again.
  • Don’t like the new landscape mode

I don’t like the new landscape mode at all. I prefer to use my navigation apps in landscape mode, but with this version there is way too much wasted screen space. Other than that, the app works very well.
  • Route display issue

    By Tex_U.S.A
On iPhone X, you can’t zoom out and see the entire route, display is flawed because of lazy Garmin USA. NAVIGON, please fix because unpaid yuh $100 for this app and $20 for traffic. Also allow app to run in background because when connected to my car, I longer can hear directions as it’s muted not by me
  • Favorites keep deleting

Since updating to version 3 (and now 3.1) I’ve lost my favorites twice. Luckily I have a somewhat recent backup, but man it’s annoying. And how about some symmetry in the layout? The top band is light grey and the bottom one black. What 3-year-old made that choice? The reason for using this app over Google Maps or Apple Maps is rapidly disappearing.
  • Newest changes in the app are great

Seems more responsive in general and so much cheaper than updating the car!
  • New Update Wrecked the UI

This has been my go to navigation app for 10 years. New update has made the UI even harder to navigate. Hate to leave this app, but this new update is nearly unusable.
