  • The iPad version is excellent, not so with iPhone :update

    By Rob Wingo
This is the best version yet! I can read like a paper finally with click on article to not turn pages or if I want just zoom... The sudoku and crosswords work fine also... I'm a fan of hard copy but this works for me!! Update: I have completely converted to paperless... with very reasonable subscription rate, much cheaper that print. iPhone now very good also... same layout print. Only drawback is no Sunday ad inserts. ....but still no good version for android.

  • Great alternative

Since it is 7:50 am, and my paper has still not been delivered, I am glad to have this alternative.

I love reading the post on my iPad every morning. Gave up hard copy when my vision got worse. But will never give up reading the Post.
  • Great app

Easy to download and read an exact replica of the print edition.
  • Love it!

When I moved I really missed reading the Post. Now I can. Even better than a paper edition because you can get to the rest of the article with just a click.
  • Still sluggish

The app has gone from zero stars to 3, and now to 4 with the print edition. Loading speed has improved but still issues with page turning and going to the articles unintentionally.
  • Excellent app.

    Very intuitive. Easy to use.
  • A great way to read the Post, with one annoying flaw.

    By EvenhandedOne
I'm very satisfied with the class Washington Post app, very disappointed that the paper no longer downloads to my IPad automatically. Somewhere along the way, that feature was dropped or stopped working. Sometimes the download, which does start when the app is opened, is slow and inconvenient. It's a real shame that the automatic download is no longer offered. It was a much-loved feature.
  • Love the print ....But

You can not get your local County news. I have no idea why? They have our address zip code, how hard can it be?
