  • Fingers too big?

    2
    By Jen Reeves
So I've only had the app for a couple of hours and I signed up for the free seven day trial. I love the selection of songs, and I played a couple on easy mode and thought they were quite fun. But if I change the difficulty above easy, there are times when I'm asked to hit three notes at once. The two dots off to the right are so close together I can't hit them both at the same time. I put my two fingers together as tightly as possible and tap the screen and it's only registering that I'm hitting one of the dots. I don't have big hands, I'm a woman of average height and average weight so my fingers are not chubby or unusual in any way. I feel like I am missing something. Like there Nice to be an obvious solution then I'm just not noticing. Especially because I don't see anyone else complaining about this problem. Maybe there should be settings I can change to make the dots a little bit further apart so that my fingers can hit them, but I don't see anything like that anywhere. So I really like the song selection and I like the concept of the game and the sound is very nice, so I would give it a higher rating if I could actually Play it above easy. Until I figure out what's wrong and how to fix it this app is useless to me.
  • Too many ads

This game Is awesome, but now there are too many ads. An ad should be played every 2-3 songs, not after every song you play!

I can't play this game without getting at least 20 ads. That and if you don't want to spend money on this you can only get so many songs.

MaggieMay..I love this app. Especially since the new update. Now my list of my songs is in alphabetical order. Best part is all the new (old) songs from the 50's & 60's on up. It's good to have a choice of composers for the same song. I'm disabled and play this by the hour every day. My husband likes me to play for him. It relaxes us both. I have the VIP account, and it's worth it!

  • What happened

I'm a long time user of this app but came under some financial problems so I could no long spend money to have the VIP and I come back to the app seeing what I can play for free but there are ads so constantly it's taking all the fun of playing one musical piece to the next, ruining that beautiful piano melodies that you would love to continue. One before and after every song you try to play, it ridiculous how often they're showing up now. I'd understand a few sprinkled here and there but before and after every song you play? That's just to often.

I love this game because there are different settings that let you play with the lyrics and different pianos. Everyone on the whole earth should be able to have it. BEST GAME EVER!!!!!!!🦄🦄😊😁
  • Too many ads

I could deal with it when it was an ad every other song, but now there is an ad after every song. They are usually 30 seconds long and you can’t skip them. I used to love this app but now I’m sadly thinking about deleting it.
  • So fun!

The first time I played Magic Piano, it was hard and I gave up. After trying it again, I love how it feels like I’m actually playing a real piano. It makes me really want to learn to play. Great job, Smule. I just wish there were more songs without paying. Or, maybe offer different packages as one time purchases.

Why do I need to see an ad every time I finish a song? Why can't I go 30 seconds without getting one? Are the VIP users not making you enough money? Is there really a necessity to give us an ad literally after every single one? I actually used to go out of my way to watch your ads for Smoola, but as it is, what's the point when you just shove the same ad down my throat after a quick tune? Maybe if you gave us, what, ~2 Smoola after every forced ad, perhaps it would be more bearable, but as it is, the app is reduced to a nuisance. At this point, I only get on to hit preview on the songs I composed, since the different keyboards have different tones attached to them. It's relaxing. Apart from that, the app is little more than an "Advertisement Simulator" for people who don't pay. >:/ Uncool! <:'c
