  • 51mb mandatory file won’t download

    By vizion8
I deleted the app and downloaded the latest version. But for some reason the 51mb mandatory file won’t download
  • Difficult to find and enter addresses

    By Jimholcomb
Poor interface for entering addresses, the hardware version always worked correctly. It often can't find addresses that Apple Maps, Google Maps, and Waze can all find. Update 3/14/18: after last update required files will not download. -1 star.
  • Great App

Works very well. Updates are fine no problems. Please update the app so it fits the screen on my new iPhone X. Thanks
  • Download of initial info hangs, no support

    By Bakes42
It wasn’t a cheap app. It hangs when it tries to download the initial essential maps. Garmin website doesn’t have this app listed so no support. I deleted it and reinstalled it, did a hard reset, did these two things in various orders. No luck iPhone 8 Plus
  • Unusable

  • Needs a refresh and map updates

There have been no new features in a long time. The latest map update is well over a year old. Roads change ... Dependable app, but badly needs new features and map updates.
  • Discontinued By Garmin

    By JoelIrwin
Just finished talking to Garmin OEM group. They have discontinued development and support for this app. No more updates. They said app stopped working on latest IOS release. Works fine for me but not updated for 7 months. I'll continue using it for a while. I loved it for it's interface and functionality (traffic info was also pretty accurate). Shame they are leaving the app market. They recommended either switching to Navigon (they own the company) or Here (they use their maps).
  • Outdated maps, but still my favorite

    By SDEsq.
Of all the nav apps I have I still like this one the best because it’s always spot on with traffic. Whenever I see slowing ahead on the map, there is actually slowing when I get there, and it clears up when it shows it will. On the negative, nap updates are always way behind. Basecamp is currently on 18.3 on this app is on 17.3. I’m not sure why the mobile app is always so far behind. I also wish there was a way to import my favorite points of interest from Basecamp. If I was just reviewing traffic, I give it 5 stars. However with the lack of import and the outdated maps and points of interest I’m giving it a 3.
  • Update please

Garmin hasn't updated this app for months.
  • Not bad.

It’s a solid app that does what it promises. It’s. A full(ish) GPS app. Full navigation and maps with or without cell service. In the mountain with no bars. The app uses GPS and Dow loaded maps. It’s good. I wish the resolution was a bit better for the high def phone screens. and I desperately wish it would allow importing of .gpx files for custom routes.
