App Reviews

  • Mostly useless unless you but in-app add-ons

Unless you start shelling out for add-on purchases, this doesn't give you much. A list of a few basic attractions, many of which are the locked, and the rest just give you links to buy tickets, some Wikipedia info, other users reviews (mostly in German) and a map from Google. Given that this information was mostly just aggregated from free sources, I want inclined to pay for this app to download them for me just so I could see more or read it offline.
  • App is misleading

More advertising than information. Offline map access requires you to purchase the premium version, a fact that is not obvious when you download the free version
  • You better be quick

This travel app crashes within a minute every time which is too bad because it looks to be a beautiful app. Don't bother till it's updated with a fix :(
  • This app is an ad for a travel guide! - Not really a travel guide.

This app is an ad for a travel guide! - Not really a travel guide.
  • Even free, it's a rip-off

The screenshots and the description are lies - this is not a premium app. Here's what's on nearly every screen: "This is only a preview, get the premium guide with all the travel tips and infos!" There are 3 items in each category, no more, and some are duplicates. Claiming that there are tips from thousands of travelers is misleading at best, given that there are so few tips (although hundreds of users of users may "like" an attraction, I don't consider each "like" a tip). One of the screenshots claims there are 41 Culture & Sights entries. Not so. There are 3. THREE. Why they promote that it's kept up-to-date, I don't know. With so little data, who cares? Do not even waste the time downloading it. How does Apple let such misleading information through their approval process?
