    I really like Strong, I’ve been using it for a few months now and the new redesign is really slick. I wish it would notify me more reliably on rest timers. The biggest issue is that the companion mode on Apple Watch only records my heartbeat during workouts about 1/3 of the time.

    Not since the my sports trainer app have I been able to find an app that I can actually use to record my workouts. It's quick and easy to enter my data. It's laid out exactly as it should and the app actually keeps you organized and moving through your workout. What else can I say. It's a great app. Buy it, use it and reach your workout goals. It's really that good.... What have they done to this ? After 300 plus workouts I’m disappointed with the changes. And now them want me to get a new prescription to use this program like I’ve always done. I would think twice about buying this program. I will now look for a better program. Goodbye Strong 😝

    Glad to see the update didn’t remove any functionality. The modals on top of modals is a little odd, but other than that lots of welcome changes. Love the new pinned notes layout, and new timer display. Great work.

    Not a fan of the visual updates that just came around. Much preferred the old layout to all the round boxes all over the place.

    Update fixed the Apple Watch companion mode so it reads the correct info but it doesn’t launch automatically when you start a workout. This can lead to part of your workout not being tracked... Also the new design is unnecessary and makes everything more crowded by having that sliding ‘card’ design. For example to update (or just check) warmups you now have to go into the submenu

    Used to love this app, then they updated it to make it flashier. Ruined function in the meantime. Don’t download it, pick another choice. Now when you go to add an exercise by clicking on the sidebar letter that the exercise begins with (to bring up all the exercises that begin with an “S”, for example), it just cancels it out, forcing you to scroll all the way down to the bottom if your exercise begins with a letter lower in the alphabet. Awful design, poor effort. Please fix it so that this app isn’t the royal PITA you’ve now made it.
