    Placed an order in the app (road trip). They forgot two child juices (part of the meal) and they also forgot the pepitas and tortilla strips that come with the southwest spicy chicken salad :/

    I choose curbside on the app...after I placed my order, chose my car type and color, it stated that it was ready...no one never came out...after waiting for a while, I went in side the restaurant. My food was just sitting there, I then let them know that I was getting it. The MANAGER stated "ok"...not "oh, I apologize" "my pleasure" or anything. I love Chick-fil-A and have always been treated and greeted nicely. I was stocked!

    I followed the directions and stood under the pick up order sign at the counter and not one person acknowledged me or even made eye contact. After 10 minutes, I said 'excuse me' twice and then was able to get my order. Not impressed.

    The Downey location makes mobile customers feel like second-class citizens. They make me feel like I am bothering them when I ask about my order. Especially Carlos.

    I love chick fil a they really have their lines down and can get you in and out quickly, but they must train associates to be not so forthcoming with extra sauce, i know it sounds silly but if i ask for sauce at the menu ordering and at the window i only end up with 2 sauces. y'all know how good every single sauce is so share the love more.

    I’ve enjoyed the app - earning treats is awesome. I’ve only ever had one problem but it’s repetitive enough to knock a couple of stars off my rating. My family special orders items frequently so we were thrilled to see the “special instructions” section. For some reason they never follow the special instructions. After finding parking and wading through the line to “quickly” get my order it’s frustrating that EVERY TIME the special instructions are missed. Now we have to stand and watch regular walk-up orders be completed before our mobile order is corrected. This has happens at least 5 times. I’ve spoken with the manager and the GM about what to put to get the directions followed but...nope...it keeps happening. Apologies worked the first few times but now I’m hoping this review does something. Maybe a manual acknowledgment or something when special instructions are on mobile orders. I don’t know but it’s beyond frustrating from such a customer-oriented company.
