    Every time I watch a video on this app, my cell data & signal goes off. I don’t get any data. It never happens on FOXNOW app, nor the NBC app ... just on the CBS app. There definitely is a huge bug in the code that’s causing this problem with the app & needs to be fixed since it hasn’t obviously yet. I’m not gonna miss out on my favorite shows that are on CBS because of this!
  • Disgusting Sham

    This has to be one of the worst streaming apps I’ve ever attempted to use. Constant glitching, sudden shut downs of casting networks, ( I am using a ChromeCast 2, and iPhone 7plus; FYI ) and commercials stuck on a loop, forcing you to watch commercials over, and over again. Let’s be clear here, this nothing but a cash grab and ad revenue accruement via forced restarts of programming on the part of CBS and its parent company, with Star Trek: Discovery as the bait. We are canceling our subscription post haste and unfortunately miss out on the rest of the season of a decent Star Trek program.
  • Can’t even open the app past the cbs logo...

    I have tried everything & i can’t open the app past the cbs logo, it crashes & closes as soon as i try to open it... waiting to see what they are gonna do about it
  • Bugs not fixed

    The latest update stated that it contained bug fixes and enhanced app stability. I now experience more issues with the app than ever before. It constantly locks up and freezes when I’m trying to watch a show. I had to restart both of the shows that I tried to watch at least 3 times. On the 4th freeze I finally gave up. I’ll be canceling my subscription!
  • Good app, hate cost

    Not too keen to pay for broadcast tv, but exploring alternatives to cable. So far so good. Wish there was a fast forward button for the no commercial customers.
  • You will pay twice. Don’t get this!

    I pay for access to cbs via cable and now they want to charge me again?! CBS doesn’t even produce anything funny and clean. The shows are lack luster at best. Don’t waste your time! And that isn’t even taking into consideration ALL of the ENDLESS and ANNOYING commercials!

    One of the worst apps among major network. Over 2 minutes commercials for each insert of programming, unheard of for online view. With most recent update 1/22/2018, app went from horrible to not working at all. Stuck at an eyeball with no show to watch, quite fitting for a horrible job done at CBS.
  • Apple TV app is unusable

    I watch everything on Apple TV. But in order to access cbs content like Star Trek discovery, I need to use the cbs app. Annoying, but fine. But you literally cannot navigate between episodes. The app doesn’t respond properly to the Apple TV remote. I now have to send the shows from my iPad to my Apple TV. For 9.99/ month, this is more than annoying. CBS should be embarrassed, but I don’t understand how this passed Apple’s quality assurance....

    Still very glitchy even after this last update. Hopefully they can fix it soon. Glad I am not paying for it. Commercials will repeat them selves and randomly the show will stop and go back to the beginning and show the commercials agin.
  • Crashes constantly - $ not worth it

    $5.99/month for the plan with limited commercials is insane for ONE channel, first of all. Think of the content you get on any other streaming service (Hulu, Netflix, etc) — you get a lot more options for only a little more money. Also, this app crashes constantly. After every episode I watch on my Apple TV, I have to quit the app and restart, which is incredibly annoying. Do better with your money because this isn’t the app to spend it on.
