  • Need to make more money?

Like others have stated, my problem with the app is they now charge to watch English football instead of broadcasting it as they used to. Let espn have it back if you can't figure out how to show the games on tv without charging people on top of our cable bill to watch.
  • Blank white screen

I like it when it works. Half the time now when I click on a storyline, I get a blank white screen.
  • Amnesia

This app will not remember where I paused. I know tv has ads, but this app has more than anything I've ever seen. I tried to find where I was in a game, since I'd choose the app started back from the beginning, and I had to watch half a dozen ads each and every single time I moved along the timeline to see if I was in the right place. Worst of all, having to find where I was, it showed me the final score when I accidentally went a bit too far. Sooo frustrating. If I paid for the scam Gold Package, which I will never ever do, I'd be even more annoyed. Thumbs down, NBCSN. Way down.
  • Had to sign in 8 times to watch a game

It makes no sense why they don’t let you save your cable provider information, unless of course this is just Comcast trying to look like they’re offering good apps, but really want everyone as cable customers again. Garbage
  • “Appears to be Offline”

    By Theycallme198615
Every time I’m away from home and want to watch my games that I pay for, the app says “You appear to be offline”. Every time a game isn’t on, it works fine. This is the most frustrating app of all time. It’s really a disappointment. Very poorly executed.

UPDATE - Do you realize that NBC will be showing the Super Bowl in a few weeks? Imagine trying to watch the game, just as you’ve done every year only to find that the app is pulling its same old BS. It’s hard to find the words. This app is useless. Many of us have downloaded it so that we can watch Sunday Night Football. Good luck with that. You can watch NASCAR, yet the NFL is out of reach. Log in/log out, uninstall/reinstall, set up location services. None of it matters. You just get a spinning signal for an indefinite amount of time. NBC likely doesn’t care. I hate this App. No stars. Negative stars.

Literally won’t let me log on. Screen turns white. Awful
  • Fix your dang app

    By Ernest_XO
I think this app cuts out on me more times than it doesn’t. It’s almost pointless and so frustrating.
  • Fix it!

Half the time I want to watch the Warriors they're nowhere to be found on the app even though they should be.
  • Absolute garbage

    By Phusionhead
This app is utterly useless. I have some of the fastest broadband available in the country and this piece of s**t lags, buffers and crashes constantly. What a joke.
