App Reviews

  • This is so helpful and amazing

    By disney_finatic
This app is so helpful my last Disney trip I went with my school chorus group and I was the only one who had the app but everyone was lost and didn’t know how to activate there fast passes and they would be late for characters but then I told my teacher to tell everyone to download the app and after that no one was ever lost or late
  • Not very easy to find rides

    By SwagBossPro
Not very easy to find where rides are.
  • Nice design but poor implementation. Barely works

    By TeddyCinNC
I can't figure out why others rated this as good. While the design is good, the app itself is awful. 6+ crashes a day, have to re-sign in every few hours, location barely works, and it is slooooow. Third party apps are much better. For location, don't waste your time here. Apple Maps and Google Maps are much better. At least they can get your location right. The integration with plans and reservations is good and works well. My best advice to Disney is to rewrite this.
  • Clunky, non-intuitive, and the app doesn’t refresh properly

    By Unreal32
The app is clunky, very non-intuitive controls, and the app does not refresh to show other users’ avatars correctly. Overall, while it will be useful, it is a disappointing experience because it feels slapped together as an app.
  • Excellent everything

Excellent app to start the map isa life saver just learning the hotel grounds the first few days live updates on rides and dinners with gps tracking so u know exactly where you are
  • I wish Disney would get New IT provider

    By Steve the pirate
All of Disney IT is horrible. App constantly crashes, does not always sync with MDE on website, don’t get me started on website, slow, constant Reset of pages etc
  • Good but needs work

    By Used to be sleepless
This app has so much potential but needs a lot of work. Here are the problems I encountered in the four days I was at the various parks: - the "see all plans" under My Plans didn't show the same info for me as it did for someone else on my plan. I had to go into "book a fast pass" to see what fast passes were scheduled but my daughter saw both restaurant reservations and fast passes under "see all plans". - it can be hard to find things you are looking for especially if you don't know the name of the attraction you are looking for. - occasionally the app would crash MOST AGGRAVATING: - the walking directions don't update quickly enough to avoid going the wrong way and it can be hard to tell which direction you are facing when looking at the map. I ended up using Google Maps to find my way around in the parks! It was much more accurate and in sync with my movements!
  • No passes

    By chickiy
Crazy that you can’t get a fast pass or on the ride two weeks before your actual date at the park
  • Works but...

    By Planning Poorly Dad
There’s a lot of great features I on it. However, checking didn’t work because of an error with the app. I had the same problem at the website. I was trying to check in to the hotel on the Disney bus-maybe Perhaps I should have checked in earlier!!
  • Not Disney quality

    By saacnmama
Reserving fast passes, seeing what they’re available for & when, looking at all plans are all very awkward, clunky operations that require clicking through multiple layers to get through. Very poorly up!
