  • Overall good purchase

I feel the app helped me prepare for the exam, specifically answering the analogies. I paid for the full version. I had less than a month to study, haven't been in school in over 12 years, and have 3 small kids. I couldn't believe how easy the math was on this app and had my hopes up that the exam would be the same and it wasn't. The math on the exam was difficult. I took the advice not to leave any blanks and go with one answer for all of the questions toward the end of the exam. The app should add more challenging math and English questions. Also the app always attempts to load then says no exam questions found which is frustrating when you don't have much time.

This app provided me with a good amount of confidence and familiarity with question style. Also, the exam strategies are helpful with those questions that I had absolutely no idea what the answer may be😬✏️.

I got this app three weeks before my MAT. 3 WEEKS!!!! I made an effort to answer some of the practice questions an average of 2-3 times per day. During these times the amount of questions ranges from 10-50. My base score was projected as 320. After practicing as described above I scored a 405. This app works. The premium version is worth every penny. It gives you strategies and measurements of your performance. I 100% recommend it to anyone serious about scoring high on the MAT.
  • Solid test prep

I highly recommend this app. With hundreds of questions bundled in groups of 10 and instant feedback makes it easy to come back to this app to prepare. Couple this with how the MAT is structured and you will have a solid preparation experience. I just took the MAT (April 2017) and I don't recall one anagram question. This app asks a lot of those which was fine but wasn't really applicable to this version of the test.

I love this app! It's great. It gives you simple, 10 question mini-MAT tests that are not only challenging enough to be engaging, but they also "grade" the questions in each Semantic, Association, Classification, and Logic. In my spare time, I'll pop this app open and take a test or two. Definitely worth the $12.00 upgrade.

Needed a quick review for the MAT. This is the only prep material that I used and I went through all 600 questions twice in over about two weeks. Just left the testing center - scored 432.

This has been a really great study tool. I like the way it's set up. I think $13 is a little much for the app, and I kind of wish the explanations went into detail about all of the answers - not just the correct one. However, despite those things, I am happy I got the app and appreciate all of the practice I've gotten from it. #7threg

This little study app was the best! It was about $12. You could do practice tests and keep up with your progress. It had the option to explain each question's reasoning. I only used this and passed. It's a very entertaining "brain game."There is a Pocket Prep app for most every type of test. Highly recommended!
