    For the past few weeks I have been unable to send of receive cash within the app. I’ve used this app for months with no issues until now. My card on file is not expired and my banking info is accurate. I have deleted the app several times, downloaded again, deleted and added my transfer accounts again and still no luck. I have looked for resolutions on line and cannot locate a customer service number or email address for assistance. It’s beyond frustrating and highly inconvenient.

    This is a very clean app & easy to use. Everyone I know uses cash app. I only wish it wasn’t so difficult & time consuming to set up a debit card/bank account.

    I had someone send me $350 and I still have not received it and it’s almost been a week. I sent that person the correct info and the money hasn’t been in my account. I tried to contact customer service but they only offer email and it takes days for them to respond.i looked up the frequently asked questions and that was no help.I highly do not recommend getting this app. You’ll just be losing money.

    I have had my direct deposits sent to my cash card the past month! All were on time, there was until NOW. My direct deposit was supposed to hit this morning and I STILL haven’t received it nor can I contact anyone to tell me where my money is or why my paycheck is not on my cash card! This is absolutely ridiculous! And the fact that you cannot contact anyone! We use our money to pay bill! You don’t deal with peoples paychecks if you have no one for them to contact if something goes wrong! Then the cash support is ridiculous! Just stupids directions on things that don’t even solve the issue! Then the only option you have is “ this solved my issue” when it doesn’t! Please don’t do it to yourself! Find another reputable company to use!

    I have used the app many times and can NEVER get it to transfer “cash out” to my bank free of fees. I am willing to wait but it lags So like others I contact customer support and yes it’s a hassle as if they can’t see the transaction and need all the information they already have. It’s cute to receive the 5 dollars adding a new friend or family but they steal it back from us ! Just be honest with great customer support and you’ll receive 5 stars from all of us app users.     I sent 302 dollars to my daughter she didn’t know what to do so she hit the refund button I received a text stating I would get my money back on a Monday today is Tuesday I haven’t gotten my money back and there is no phone number or customer service to contact about my money
