    I have to go off WiFi to see content. The problem is with acorn, not my WiFi. My iPhone and iPad miss Acorn viewing. PLEASE FIX. PLEASE PLEASE FIX YOUR PROBLEM.
  • Useless

    The app does not work since the update. A message appears saying I have no internet-wrong-or log in and password are incorrect. I can log in on their web site, have sent several request for help and no response. The worst customer service !
  • No One Cares!!

    This app used to work for me, now it refuses to open or accept my logon. Yes, the previous reviews are correct. Shameful!!! And, no matter how many times I email for help, no one ever gets back to me. Previously I would’ve given Acorn 5 stars. Now, they’ve blown it!!
  • App no longer works after update...

    I updated this app on 4/21/18 on iPad and now it can’t be used at all. The update lost all my information, including my saved log in, and constantly displays “no internet connection”, even though internet connection is fine and works for everything else. User support is useless and only sends canned responses and never responds directly to questions. Why am I paying $49 a year for something I can’t use? Do yourself a favor and stick to Netflix or AMZ Prime streaming. You’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.

    First it crashes. Now it says no internet connection when there obviously is. Can’t sign in! Funny, because I can sign in perfectly fine with the same info on the computer. The mobile app is now useless and that was my favourite part. Update: I found a fix! Use BritBox instead. Their mobile app works just fine!
  • Changes Not Good!

    They are horrible!!! I’ve had problems since the updates were implemented. Never had to sign in prior, now it’s every time In order to continue what I was watching. A notice that my internet connection is lost seems to be the culprit. Erroneous. I love the content of ACORN and the price is doable, but only if I can access the site. Whatever improvements were done undo them so I can get back to watching and enjoying what I’m paying for.
  • Formerly good app gone wonky

    I watch Acorn frequently, since it and the one crowned by BBC & ITV are the best sources for British tv. Since the last iOS update, it will not work. It insists either that my password, which works fine on my PC, Roku, and laptop, is invalid or that there is no internet connection when there is one. I end up watching through the browser. Fix it and I will return to 5 stars on my rating.

    When will Acorn get it right? Obviously never. With recent IPad update, 11.3, I’m not able to log into my account. Acorn says to go to App Store for latest version, but it’s the same nonsense..... still can’t watch Acorn from IPad. Also, no technical support ...only generic message. Totally bad app.

    Since install the updated app on my iPhone I have not been able to use it. Keeps saying now internet connection when I do have an internet connection. I have to go to google and log in from that internet connection. I have sent numerous requests for tech assistance over and have not received any response about the problem. I have deleted and reinstalled the update numerous times and it does not fix the problem.
