App Reviews

  • Not very helpful

System does not identify trains by letters or numbers. Fails to tell you direction of travel. Assumes you know terminus of all lines. Very foolish design.
  • Get your act together!

Seems ironic that one of the busiest and most populated in the world has such a terrible transit system. New Yorkers are fed up with the lack of service, mid ride changes in routes , and the infamous updating of the system. Inevitably the fares will have to be increased to meet the financial logistics of running such a large system. So do us all a favor and start working cooperatively with the state and passengers to establish a much needed consistency in EFFICIENCY of service!

  • Frustrated

App zones in on where you are but saved routes routinely say "delays" when none exist. Had to check to double check. Don't use "saved". Sorry I spent $4.99

Times for buses and trains are not accurate. And the roots it gives you don't make any sense. Not very good!! Don't waste your money
  • Waste of time

Terrible useless hard to use app. Don't waste your time.
  • Inconsistent

    By Azeezah1
The app does not give you correct timings for the bus. It is about 2 minutes behind.
  • Limited usefulness

    By Otm123
Since I live in a two-fare zone, I need to be able to select two modes of transportation, but I can see that this app would be useful if that option were available. It would also be helpful to have previous destinations show up.
