    I like that you can track you habits in LoseIt but shouldn’t you also be able to log your food? Isn’t that the whole point? Kind of a pain to have to go back and forth between my online account and the app! Please add a food log so it syncs with what is on line.

    No place to write I food which is advised in the Mayo Diet book. So that starts out bad. I don’t even see what they charge for. Wasn’t offered a trial run. Glad I only did it for month. Won’t even let you look to see the app. Or may I thought it was only review not the whole app. The book and written log book is great. Can’t understand why this app has nothing of value in it. Basically useless.

    I would like to have the option to add in detail the food that I ate but this is not possible. Bummer! Otherwise I loved the recipes and ideas and simplicity

    Love this plan! I was looking for a weight loss plan that was similar to something I used about 12 years ago, which a doctor had given me. I found this, and the recipes were close to what I remembered. I had lost 30 pounds 12 years ago. This app takes it one step further by helping you to evaluate behaviors that might be adding to gaining weight.

    I seem to have gotten signed up for a trial subscription and then was charged for $50 for the following quarter. The only way to cancel is by calling them, so they can try to convince you not to cancel. The app itself has very little to offer, just reminders to eat well exercise regularly and take care of yourself. There are much better programs out there that also much more relevant advice and support. I would have expected much more in the Mayo Clinic.
