Using iPhone 6 and latest iOS. -edit No longer crashes after opening with 12/1 release.
  • App Crashes on Open

The app was not great, but it worked until they updated it. Now it crashes on open. Save yourself a lot of frustration and just go with another Transit App.
  • Inaccurate and glitchy

    By akdhwidn
The arrival times are extremely inaccurate and often confuse it with the following bus times (16 mins late when it's actually about to come). Has made me miss the bus too many times. Can often show that the bus already came when it is still 2-3 minutes away.
  • Inaccurate!!

Every time I try to catch a bus in the time it CLAIMS it'll be there I somehow missed it or it's not scheduled to be there. Inexhaustible!
  • Pure garbage... give me my money back

Spent $5 to not receive ads and hopefully improve performance and now the only thing the app does is a grey screen with a dark bar across the middle. Not very helpful at all when trying to find out if you've missed your bus. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, hard resets, and updating iOS. Just unbelievably bad. I won't mind you keeping my $5 if you actually give me something for almost an hour's worth of work at minimum wage...
  • No routes found

    By Lots of email
With this new update every time I try to use trip planner for a day in the future, it just gives me this "no route found message." Really frustrating since I just spent $5 on this. Hope y'all fix this soon or else this app is totally useless.
  • Probably the worst app I have ever used

    By Katten92367168
The UI is horrible. It is unnatural and impossible to navigate from one menu to the next and each displays the absolute minimum information to require a new menu. And then it's littered with adds to buy the premium version.
  • Just Doesn't Work

    By Rowan Julia
Not so long ago and not so far away, a city had a transit system with an app that did two things: 1) tell you the last major stop a bus had passed, and 2) tell you how many minutes late it was running. And there was joy. Plans were made. Appointments were kept. People got to work on time. Since then, there has been no way to find out when your bus will arrive except for looking down the road. Will you drop this useless technology and go back to -- or come up with -- something that actually works?
  • Waste of money

    Provides nothing of value .
  • Does Not Work

    By paulkoob
This app is supposed to tell you when a certain bus will arrive at a certain stop. The time counts down to zero which is when the bus should arrive. I just ran out of work to catch the bus, and when the counter reached zero... no bus. Then it said the next one would arrive in 20 minutes. It arrived in 15 minutes. USELESS.
