I always use this about an hour before I leave my job so I know what times the T will be coming in! I think the most it's been off is by, at most, 1 minute! Personally, I've had no problems with the app. Just need to learn how to use it and it's different features.
  • What happened to telling you when it's late

The app no longer shows you where your bus is in route or if it's going to be late or not. Change back to the old version.
  • I hate this app.

Worst app I've ever downloaded. Not good at giving accurate times and it's very slow. I would give it 0 stars but this thing won't let me.
  • Does have any of my buses

Difficult to use, not accurate. Plus I purchased the upgraded version, but it won't register in the app. Useless.

  • Limited refresh/total failure

Limited ability to update and refresh status & data is very frustrating and driving me to use another app. Paid for the premium version, but the app no longer loads/launches. Save your money.
  • It ALMOST works. Some bugs need fixed though.

It's a worthwhile app as long as you have good cell service and have some idea of where and when you want to go and what subway line you need. It's still confusing for people not from Pittsburgh or first time subway riders and is not always exactly accurate. Meaning, I've missed my fair share of subway trips because I was paying attention to the times the app gave me. Glad they have created the app and track the subway in real-time (kinda). It still has a long way to go to be totally reliable. I'd still buy it again if I had to, just always get to the subway stop 3-5 minutes before it says it's going to be there. Get all the bugs fixed and I think it would be a great app.
