  • Approve/Reject Capability

    By GeoBan15
We need the ability to Approve or Reject emails from the Microsoft Exchange Approval Assistant. This has been a long requested feature that has been unavailable on MacOS and with the loss of OWA, now unavailable on iOS without having to log in to a browser every time a request comes in. Please add this as soon as possible. Thank you.
  • Good but missing features

Outlook app performance is good, but, archiving, moving to folders and flagging of emails is not easy which is essential for a mobile email application.

  • App crashes a lot

    By Chandramuralis
Update (05/21/2018): In recent versions the application started crashing very frequently. Reached out to their help desk and they couldn't help fix the issue. Hope it get fixed in next release, if not I have to start searching for alternative. Update (06/02/17): After reinstalling the app and resetting the account several times the notifications started working. But I have to reset my account often to keep it working. Update (05/22/17): Saw the response Form Microsoft that they are ready to help if I contact them through Feed back section, I worked with him them for 4 months through that and finally gave up. They couldn't provide any help other than just saying that we are working on it. I really like the functionality of this app, but I cannot live without notifications which is the number one requirement for any mail app. Update (05/21/17): Notifications are still broke street seven months. I've tried to rest and reinstall this app several times. It used to be my default mail client and it is getting very worse after every new release. Notification has completely stopped working. Time to look for new email client.
  • Doesn’t let iCloud login

    By Joey2829
Really wanted to use this app, but it won’t log in my iCloud account even with my two-factor authentication password. I turned off my two-factor authentication and still doesn’t work. Why is iCloud even an option if it can’t login?
  • Calendar entries do not update properly

    By KickMeTo.goodapps
My calendar entries are not updating immediately after I add a meeting or appointment. Typically took a few seconds. Now I need to kill the app and relaunched it to ensure the dates and times show up properly.
  • My Favorite App

I’m very active using outlook, but its really annoying that spam keeps getting in my inbox instead of being sent straight to the spam folder. Please fix this issue immediately
  • Deleted From My iPhone (Again)

    By Sbx419
After using the latest version of the app I am still not happy with it. I have tried several of the previous versions hoping it would get better but I only find it more frustrating. - The latest version takes at least 8 seconds to start. - My contacts are buried in the program and difficult to find. Once I found them they were sorted by their first names and I didn’t see how to sort them by their last name. - Their is still wasted screen space. - I have to select a drop down to show only unread messages. - The app isn’t intuitive for me. - Online help is sparse and outdated.
